“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” ~Anais Nin
My offerings live at the intersection of presence, intuition, and lived wisdom.
I guide from experience, not theory, and from a deep respect for the body’s intelligence and the soul’s timing.
My path has been shaped by profound life transitions, loss, motherhood, and the life long practice of listening beneath conditioning. These experiences taught me that healing is not something we do to ourselves, but something that unfolds when we are met with honesty, compassion, and presence.
I draw from a range of embodied and intuitive practices, including yoga, ayurveda, medicinal aromatherapy, noetic field therapy, ecstatic dance, attuned touch, and ritual, not as techniques to apply, but as ways of listening more deeply. Over time, these practices became less about methods and more about relationship.
I don’t believe in fixing people or overriding their experience.
I believe in witnessing, in creating a steady, attentive space where truth can surface in it’s own way and time.
Intuition is not a gift reserved for a few.
It’s a quiet intelligence we all carry, often obscured by habit, protection, and the pace of life. My offering supports reconnection to this inner knowing, gently and without force.
What I offer is not a solution, but a space.
A space to slow down, to feel, to listen, and to remember what has always been present beneath the noise.
If you feel drawn here, trust that pull.
You’re welcome as you are.
